WHAT IS SMALL GROUP PT?
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING is our high end coaching service for people that want personalised training and nutrition. It's 1-1 personal training made even BETTER with a group atmosphere.
SG-PT gives you all the benefits of having your own personal trainer that can tailor everything to your needs but at the fraction of the cost of conventional personal training.
These sessions are capped at 4 clients and coached by Dan, your personal trainer. You'll be coached through your training programme that has been tailor made for you after your first consultation.
You'll then have monthly reviews with Dan to discuss how your training is going and to ensure that you're making progress towards the BEST you possible.

£170 PER MONTH for 2 SGPT & unlimited bootcamp sessions PER WEEK
£200 PER MONTH for 3 SGPT & unlimited bootcamp sessions PER WEEK
